Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tapysiy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your Content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Suspension and Termination
14.1 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.
14.2 By You
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at info@tapysiy.com or through the account management settings where available. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your licence to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification - shall continue to apply.
15. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. 19. Entire Agreement
